Interior Site Supervisor
ÉLARA & CO. is a Bengaluru studio for residences of quiet, lasting refinement: villas, penthouses and apartments, composed around the people who live in them and carried through, detail by detail, to the handover.
We are looking for site supervisors who are on site every day and notice everything. You will look after one or two homes at a time, keep the crews moving and make sure what is built matches what was drawn. Joining within 30 days preferred.
What you would do
- Be on site daily for one or two residential projects
- Coordinate carpentry, painting, ceiling and electrical crews through the day
- Check work, measurements and finishes against our drawings
- Send daily progress photos and flag issues early
- Keep the snag list moving until handover
- Work closely with the project manager and the design team
What we are looking for
- 3–6 years supervising residential interior sites in Bengaluru
- Crews you already work with are a strong plus
- Able to read drawings and check measurements on site
- Know your finishes: laminates, veneers, paint, gypsum
- Kannada and Hindi, with working English
- Your own two-wheeler
