Senior Interior Designer
Élara & Co. is a Bengaluru studio for residences of quiet, lasting refinement: villas, penthouses and apartments, composed around the people who live in them and carried through, detail by detail, to the handover. Select commercial spaces receive the same care.
We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer who leads a home's design from the first brief to the handover: owning the concept, guiding the designers who work on it with you, and being the person the client trusts in the room.

What you would do
- Lead each home's design from the brief, the floor plan and the site to concept, 3D, working drawings and handover
- Develop concepts, moodboards and material palettes, and present them to clients with confidence
- Guide and review the work of the designers on your projects, and hold their drawings to a buildable standard
- Check working drawings for joinery, modular kitchens, wardrobes, ceilings, lighting and electrical layouts before they reach the factory
- Select finishes, such as veneers, laminates, PU, stone, fabrics, hardware and lighting, within the approved budget
- Own BOQs and specifications, and keep them current as the design evolves
- Work with our factory and site teams so the built room matches the drawing, and resolve questions on site
- Lead snag reviews, styling and the final handover
