Élara & Co. is a luxury interior studio creating bespoke residential and commercial spaces through distinctive design, premium materials and exceptional craftsmanship.
We are looking for an Interior Design Manager who can win a client, design hands-on and deliver: several high-value turnkey projects at once, from the first presentation through procurement, factory production and site to the final handover. You will also build the team that does it with you, from the first hire.
To apply, share your CV and a short portfolio of projects you have delivered: type, approximate value, scope, timeline and your own role.
What you would do
Run several turnkey projects at once, end to end: scope, budget, schedule, quality and handover
Build the design and site team from the ground up: hire, train, mentor and lead them
Plan resources for every project: people, crews, materials and timelines
Allocate designers, supervisors and crews across projects as work comes in
Grow the business: meet prospective clients, present designs and turn enquiries into projects
Design hands-on: space plans, 3D models, renders and working drawings
Build moodboards and material palettes, and carry them to site, matched to the approved design
Plan milestones, trade sequencing, procurement and installation
Run procurement and vendors to approved specifications and budgets
Oversee factory production and site work across joinery, kitchens, finishes and services
Track costs, verify vendor bills, and manage variations with documented approvals
Lead client meetings, and close snags, styling and handover documents
What we are looking for
5+ years delivering high-value luxury turnkey interiors, ideally premium residences and villas
Proven at running multiple projects at once, from concept to handover
Has hired, mentored and led designers or site teams, and planned resources across projects
Hands-on design expertise: space planning, 3D modelling, photoreal renders and moodboards
Tools: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray or Corona, Photoshop; Revit or Lumion a plus
A business development record: client presentations, proposals and conversions
Deep knowledge of joinery, kitchens, veneers, PU, stone, ceilings, hardware, lighting and services
Confident with working drawings, BOQs, specifications and cost estimates
Strong planning, negotiation, budget control and vendor management
Diploma or degree in civil engineering, interior design, architecture or construction management
