Élara & Co. is a Bengaluru studio for residences of quiet, lasting refinement: villas, penthouses and apartments, composed around the people who live in them and carried through, detail by detail, to the handover. Select commercial spaces receive the same care.

We are looking for an Interior Client Relationship Manager who is the person our clients know and trust. You will meet every family from their first enquiry, stay beside them through design and site, and see that they are listened to, kept informed and never left to chase.

What you would do

Answer every new enquiry the same day, and keep each one moving with a clear next step
Understand the family, the home, the timeline and the budget in a first conversation, and hand the designers a clear brief
Arrange and host studio visits, site visits and client meetings, and send a clear note of what was agreed
Work with the designers on proposals, and follow them through to a signed agreement
Be the client's one point of contact from the agreement to the handover

Keep clients informed of progress, decisions owed and the next milestone before they need to ask

Coordinate design, site and accounts so that approvals, selections and payments due stay on schedule

Carry concerns to the right person quickly, and stay with each one until it is closed

Walk clients through site visits, snag reviews and the final handover

Keep every lead, conversation and follow-up current in our CRM, and report on the pipeline

Stay in touch after the handover, and look after the referrals that follow

What we are looking for

2–6 years in client relationships or client servicing, ideally in premium residential interiors
Experience with high-value clients in a related field such as luxury real estate, hospitality or events is welcome
A record of turning enquiries into signed work and keeping clients through long projects
A working grasp of how an interior project runs, from design and materials to site and handover
Clear, warm and composed in person, on the phone and in writing
Disciplined about follow-up, and comfortable keeping everything in a CRM
English and Hindi; Kannada is a strong plus
Happy to travel to client homes and project sites across Bengaluru
A degree in any discipline; interior design, hospitality or business is a plus
